Ok, I have a question. I don't cook. Plickt watches the food channel, so I know of the Turducken...now I have a question...
Do you have to be friggin Penn & Teller to get the bones out of the turkey prior to infesting it with other tasty meats? I mean it was doing something just to get the stuff out of the turkey we just put in the oven, much less the bones....
And another thing, why do they cut off the head of the turkey, and then shove the neck up its ass, while at the same time taking the 'guts' and putting them in a little baggy and then shoving those down its neck hole? Why not just leave the parts in familiar locations to aid in identification?
